Brett Eldredge Backstage At The #XTUAnnShow31

Razz caught up with Brett Eldredge at the #XTUAnnShow31.

Back from vacation in Chicago where he sang “Take Me Out To The Ball Game” the 7th Inning Stretch at a Cubs game, bringing his dad to tear.

“I was like I want to go up there and I just wanna relax and enjoy this moment with my dad and mom – and my dad’s a huge cubs fan and he was like out there crying, it was cool,” said Eldridge.

Brett and Razz discussed his next song ‘Lose My Mind’.

“I wanted to capture the feeling the way a girl completely consumes your mind and your thoughts and drives you a little bit crazy and makes you loose your mind,” said Brett. “I’m probably losing my mind most of the times anyway and I’m little bit crazy.”

They also discussed what he loves about being a county music star and how he loves honky-tonk and tailgating and meeting new people.

“I love to tailgate with people out at shows,” said Brett, adding: “I love to do it and I don’t feel any different than when I started – just people know me now.”

They also reminisced about when he joined us for a concert at the Philadelphia Zoo.

“That was insane, last year. I can’t even imagine taking it from the zoo to this cause the zoo was nuts and this is about 20 times bigger than what the zoo was and that place was packed. So we’re bringing the heat tonight!”
