Johnny Cash Honored By The Oak Ridge Boys

Country Music Hall of Famers The Oak Ridge Boys came together to pay tribute to their friend and collaborator.

At the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s 21st Annual Music Masters, The Oak Ridge Boys paid tribute to the artist known as “The Man In Black.”

The Country Music Hall of Famers were joined in paying tribute to the legendary singer by artists such as Sam Bush, Paul Cauthen, Ana Cristina, Ira Dean, Nikki Lane, Terry McBride, Bill Miller, Charlie Worsham, Cash’s longtime drummer WS Holland and more.

Johnny Cash helped the group get onto the country charts for the first time in their career when he recorded “Praise The Lord and Pass The Soup” with them in 1973.
