Halloween is here and that means it’s time to break out the candy and the costumes. While we all have eaten our fair share of candy and dressed as our fair share of things, but there is always that one that sticks out as our favorite. We decided to ask the jocks of XTU what their favorite Halloween candy and costume were and here is what they had to say.

Favorite Candy: My fave candy is definitely Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.  That’s a no brainer!

Favorite Costume: My favorite costume was actually as an adult.  As a kid, I either had to create a costume from stuff around the house or had one of those awful plastic costumes that go over your clothes.  You know the ones, with the little slit as the mouth.  Bleh.  It would get all wet and then freeze while we were Trick-or-Treating.

Anyway, my favorite costume was the Bride of Frankenstein. My hair was so high that I had to drive to a party (at our engineer Don’s house – back when he was fun) with the top down on my car. The Schuylkill Expressway parted like the Red Sea when drivers saw me coming.

Favorite Candy: Chocolate in the freezer…Ya got to freeze that stuff!

Favorite Costume: Devil. Pirate. Pretty much I can choose from…

Favorite Candy: My favorite candy is Starbursts.

Favorite Costume: I was Steve Urkel from Family Matters five years in a row when I was a kid. Safe to say that was my favorite.

Brian McKay

Favorite Candy: Without a doubt is Whoppers!!!

Favorite Costume: I’ll give you two. One was the Phantom of the Opera. My second favorite, a hippie.

Favorite Candy: Mary Janes. My least Favorite candy…..Popcorn balls. I hated them. I would throw them at my little brothers

Favorite Costume: I liked Dracula. I was always Dracula.
