He may be the reigning CMA Entertainer of the Year, but now Garth Brooks is set to become a mentor.

Brooks will appear on the hit singing competition television show The Voice and serve as a mentor to the show’s top 12 contestants. He will become just the latest country artist to appear on the show as Tim McGraw and Faith Hill both appeared as mentors earlier this season.

The country legend took to social media on Tuesday (November 11) to confirm his new role. “It’s true! Game on The Voice next Monday! This is gonna be FUN” he wrote.

Brooks will join the show beginning November 14.
