Florida Georgia Line and Justin Timberlake? It could happen!

Over the years, the boys of Florida Georgia Line have worked with a number of artists outside of the country genre. In an interview with Billboard following their ACM Awards performance with the Backstreet Boys, Brian Kelley revealed that he and Tyler Hubbard would like to work with Justin Timberlake next.

This possible collaboration may seem far-fetched, but Timberlake does have a history with country music. Back in 2016, the Tennessee native helped write and even appeared on Little Big Town’s track “C’mon” off their album Wanderlust. In 2015, Timberlake joined Chris Stapleton for a performance at the CMA Awards and in 2014 he performed “Friends In Low Places” with Garth Brooks during a show in Nashville.

Florida Georgia Line’s work with non-country artists will be on display quite often in the near future. Rapper Nelly and the Backstreet Boys will join Florida Georgia Line as part of their Smooth Tour this summer, while the country duo has also teamed up with The Chainsmokers for a collaboration called “Last Day Alive,” which will appear on the DJ tandem’s debut album this month.

In June you can see Florida Georgia Line with Nelly and Chris Lane when they perform at the BB&T Pavilion in Camden, New Jersey.
