We’ve seen country artists in the past make the jump to other genres, but have we ever seen one go to disco?
This June, country star Brad Paisley will travel back to the 70’s and 80’s to play disco hits from that time. No, Paisley is not doing this for a new project, but rather for a good cause.
Paisley and his wife Kimberly will host what they are calling “Disco Party,” where the “Today” artist, as well as other top country artists, will perform disco hits to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association.

“The Alzheimer’s cause is important to our family” Kimberly said in a press release. “After we lost my mom to this devastating disease, we wanted to help raise more awareness and funds for research. What better way to do that than to harness the amazing talent her in Nashville.”
The Paisleys’ Disco Party will take place June 4 in Nashville.
