The Season 13 Knockouts on “The Voice” began last night, and it was quite the battle for our favorite contestants.  Specifically, two members of “Team Blake”, headed up by country star Blake Shelton, were pitted against each other with a solo of their own choosing, and the match-up was EPIC.

Contestants Esera Tuaolo and Adam Cunningham each performed brilliantly, with Tuaolo choosing to sing Leon Russell’s “Superstar”, and Cunningham performing “Either Way” by Chris Stapleton.  Both men proved why they belong on the NBC reality show, with their vocal performances stunning judges and audience members alike.

Ultimately, Blake Shelton declared Espera Tuaolo the winner, but that doesn’t mean it’s the end of the road for Adam Cunningham.  In fact, Adam Levine used his ONLY steal to keep Adam Cunningham in the race, thus adding a new member to his team moving forward.

Watch each of the performances below…do you agree with Blake Shelton’s choice???
