If you’re anything like me, you’ve been eagerly awaiting news about Hillary Scott, of Lady Antebellum fame, who was pregnant with twin girls. Her story is even more profound, after suffering a miscarriage in 2015. That experience inspired her track “Thy Will”, and means her twins would be her rainbow babies, a term that has come to refer to babies born after miscarriage or infant loss.
And, the wait is over! Hillary Scott has given birth! The twins are here!
The girls were born on Sunday, and Scott took to Instagram with an ADORABLE photo of two tiny baby hats, appropriately labeled “A” and “B”.
Our family is thankful and proud to announce the arrival of our precious baby girls. They were born in the early hours of January 29th, 2018 and we can’t wait to share more about them in the days to come. Thank you to everyone who prayed and prayed for these little ladies, and thank you Lord for healthy babies. #twins
We join the rest of the country community in sending all the love and happiness we can muster to Hillary Scott, husband Chris Tyrrell, and big sister Eisele Kaye. Newborns are literally the sweetest thing in the world, and this family has twice the sweetness to enjoy! Congratulations to the lucky family!
